• Deploy and maintain A.I. tools for AP AR job costing payroll and financial reporting.
• Build automated workflows for reconciliations variance analysis and monthend close tasks.

• Train A.I. agents to categorize transactions detect anomalies and flag compliance risks.

• Redesign workflows to reduce manual entry eliminate bottlenecks and improve accuracy.
• Create SOPs checklists and training materials for A.I.-enhanced processes.

• Ensure data integrity across all A.I. tools and accounting systems.
• Monitor A.I. outputs for accuracy exceptions and continuous improvement.
• Maintain audit trails and support GAAP compliance through automated controls.
• Oversee integrations between A.I. platforms CRMs ERPs and financial software.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for A.I.-driven accounting processes.
• Communicate changes clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high user engagement.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems or related field.
• 37 years of accounting experience (AP/AR GL reconciliations month-end close).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Power Automate Zapier UiPath or similar).
• Familiarity with A.I. platforms (Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT or enterprise A.I. tools).
• Strong understanding of GAAP internal controls and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate accounting needs into technical requirements.
