SUMMARY: This position provides administrative support for the departments inventory packaging and payroll functions. The administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records supporting daily operations and providing coverage across multiple departmental roles as needed.
DUTIES:
Prepare yield reports.
Prepare perpetual inventory reports.
Prepare profit and loss (P&L) reports.
Complete packaging receiving and reconciliation.
Process payroll and enter payroll deductions.
Provide coverage and perform other duties as assigned.
This position will be cross-trained across multiple roles within the department to provide effective coverage and operational flexibility.
Schedule: Monday Friday: 7:00am 3:30pm Saturdays/Overtime coverage as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years office experience required; 3yearspayroll experience preferred.
- Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System as well as Microsoft Office & Excel SAP Preferred.
- Communication Skills: Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments aredefinedand the approach to be taken is usuallydeterminedin coordination with others.
