Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions for related entities
• Establish maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile various accounts as assigned
• Assist with various daily and monthly cash activities (e.g. Reconciliations debt management etc.)
• Post general ledger journal entries
• Maintain financial data bases computer software systems and manual filing systems
• Assist with annual audit
• Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
• Resolve accounting discrepancies
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the companys automated financial systems
• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
• Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals
• Analyze business operations trends costs revenues financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
• Reconciliation of inter-company accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree required; accounting finance or business related preferred
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Attention to Detail Commitment / Dependability Integrity Problem Solving Efficiency
• Advanced Microsoft skills specifically Microsoft Excel

The pay range for this position is

Starting wage is dependent on skills experience education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicants location. Along with competitive pay full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
