Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions for related entities
- Establish maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile various accounts as assigned
- Assist with various daily and monthly cash activities (e.g. Reconciliations debt management etc.)
- Post general ledger journal entries
- Maintain financial data bases computer software systems and manual filing systems
- Assist with annual audit
- Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
- Resolve accounting discrepancies
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the companys automated financial systems
- Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
- Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals
- Analyze business operations trends costs revenues financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
- Reconciliation of inter-company accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree required; accounting finance or business related preferred
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Attention to Detail Commitment / Dependability Integrity Problem Solving Efficiency
- Advanced Microsoft skills specifically Microsoft Excel

The pay range for this position is
$26.85 to $32.21Starting wage is dependent on skills experience education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicants location. Along with competitive pay full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
