Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply. Total compensation is based on experience skills and location using objective job-related criteria.

Summary

TheAccountantII positionis responsible forinvoicing and analyzingfinancial data for projects. This individual will reviewtime and bills received from subcontractorsfor these projects. This individual will also be accountable for reconciling the general ledgerassistingin project implementations and continual process improvement.â

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible formonthly invoicingof Time and Material and Milestone projects.â
• Responsible for reviewingemployee andsubcontractor time rates and bills received.
• Assistwith project managementand time tracking on Time and Material Projectswithin Kimble application.
• Assistwith financial analysis and reporting onprojects.â
• Ensure financial records aremaintainedin compliance with accepted policies and procedures.â
• Analyze data within multiple databases to confirm accuracy for financial reporting.â
• Identifyopportunities for performanceand processimprovements.ââ
• Perform other accounting financial or administrative tasks asrequired.â
• Assistwithmonth endclose process as needed.â
• Retrieve and prepare data from a range of sources forupload using Excel formulas (especiallyVLOOKUP) filtersformattingetc. to manipulate data.ââ
• Reconcile accounts.â
• Support global and local annual audit compliance.â
• Expensereporting with Concur.
• Main point of contact between other departments andcustomersoninvoicingand billing inquiries related to these projects.â
• Special projects ad-hocrequestsand analysis as requested.â

Required Education and Experience

• College diploma or university degree in accounting business administration related discipline or relevant experience.ââ
• 5-7 years ofAccountingexperience.ââ
• Knowledge of GAAP.ââ
• Familiarity with Intacct and PSA System.âââ
• Experience with contracts invoicing and billing.ââ
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.â

Preferred Education and Experience

• Integration and configuration experienceisa plus.ââ

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally with customers.â
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.â
• Demonstrate the ability to remain flexible and adjust to changing priorities as needed.â
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills for data mining (with high volume transactions).â
• Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve.â
