Account Supervisor, Freelance

INNOCEAN USA a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach CA is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our General Accounts team on a freelance basis!

We are a hybrid workplace x3 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal.

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The General Accounts Team works with various clients from different industries and the team develops and presents strategic brand initiatives that deliver on the clients business objectives. We partner with cross-functional teams to develop disruptive ideas at all points of the customer journey. The team includes Brand Management Creative Social Media management Media Production and Experiential.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Supervisor will manage the day-to-day business on Uneekor a popular brand of golf launch monitors and simulator systems.

The Account Management team will be an extension of our clients team and relationship management and rising to the occasion are important. The Supervisor should be a proactive thought leader with great relationship and management skills and in-depth knowledge of agency processes.

This role requires working closely with clients and providing education and onboarding where needed as well as collaboration with teams mainly media.

The Supervisor will run day-to-day projects autonomously knowing when to uplevel as needed. This position will report to the VP Group Account Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments within clients business
• Provide agency coverage and client support at Experiential events
• Organize project timelines budgets and team workflow delegation with Project Management Team
• Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery production and strategy
• Manage finance process on the agency and client side including billing and job tracking
• Facilitate internal creative development including kick-offs working with strategist on briefs meeting facilitation client feedback product & legal reviews
• Coordinate with IUS Production and Clients Finance team to vet all production projects
• Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress
• Interface with Business affairs to ensure vet all content licensing
• Enthusiastically represent the team to clients partners and within INNOCEAN

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency or in combination with client side
• Media experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of and passion for golf is preferred
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to time manage meet deadlines and multi-task
• Comfortable presenting and communicating with client and internal teams
• Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail diligence and sense of ownership
• Proactive thinker communicator and problem-solver
• Knowledgeable in MS software (Word Power Point and Excel) Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint Google Slides etc)
• Moderate travel is required

Salary range: $90000 to $115000. Pay is dependent uponseveralfactorsincluding but not limited to:experience training transferable skills andclient.
