Account Executive Industrial Automation & Manufacturing Software

A growing industrial automation and digital manufacturing solutions company in theBingham Farms MIarea is currently seeking anAccount Executivefor aDirect Hireopportunity. Salary:Based on experience and education plus a competitive commission and bonus program. All qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.

Qualified Account Executives should have most if not all of the following:

• 5 years of B2B sales experience within industrial automation manufacturing software systems integration controls MES IIoT or related technical industries
• Proven success developing new business while growing existing customer relationships
• Experience selling technical or consultative solutions with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong presentation communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with manufacturing customers including Engineering Operations Plant Management Maintenance or IT leadership
• CRM experience (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics HubSpot or similar) preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately20%throughout the assigned territory
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field is preferred; equivalent industry sales experience will be considered
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete standard pre-employment background and drug screening
