Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express (FRE/ACE) is looking for a detail-oriented Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

Every day is a little different at FRE/ACE. Youll work behind the scenes helping keep our nationwide Part 135 airline operation running smoothly while collaborating with a supportive team in an airport environment.

What Youll Do

Youll play an important role in maintaining the accuracy of the companys financial and operational records by:

• Auditing and reconciling company credit card transactions travel accounts vendor receipts invoices and fuel tickets.
• Preparing and distributing monthly airport landing reports.
• Building and maintaining a database of airport fees for the airports where FRE/ACE operates.
• Assisting the accounting and administrative team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• A general understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with coworkers in an open-office environment.

Employment Requirements

• Ability to pass all criminal background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to obtain airport security credentials which includes FBI and TSA clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen or legal authorization to work in the United States
  
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
