Account Manager

• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with government clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment and staffing strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment regulations.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Public Administration or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in staffing workforce solutions or recruitment account management.
• Demonstrated experience managing government public sector or highly regulated client accounts.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and workforce planning.
• Working knowledge of ACA FLSA and general employment compliance requirements.
• US Citizen Only.

• Experience supporting federal state county or municipal government agencies.
• Familiarity with government contracting regulations and public procurement processes.
• Background in high-volume or multi-department staffing programs.
• Advanced proficiency in workforce reporting and data analysis tools.
