• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with government clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment regulations.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing government partnerships.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Public Administration or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in staffing workforce solutions or recruitment account management.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and workforce planning.
• Working knowledge of ACA FLSA and general employment compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• US Citizen only.

• Experience managing government public sector or highly regulated client accounts.
• Familiarity with government contracting regulations and public procurement processes.
• Experience overseeing safety-sensitive or CDL-regulated workforce programs.
• Advanced proficiency in workforce reporting and data analysis tools.
