Your role:
To support and manage the client team to deliver innovative insightful and value-added solutions in response to their brand challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day contact for multiple client accounts handling requests promptly and proactively problem-solving as needed.
Oversee internal and external project management including timelines status updates meeting preparation and supporting the client to lead on larger projects.
Manage the client procurement process including tracking hours estimating costs and ensuring budget adherence.
Foster and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams such as Design Strategy New Business and Finance.
Gain a deep understanding of our core product and service offers in order to proactively identify new opportunities for growing existing accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2 years in client services or account management within a creative branding advertising or integrated marketing agency environment; proven track record of managing mid to large scale brand or campaign projects.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate client business objectives into strategic insight-led creative briefs and deliverables that drive measurable impact.
Project Leadership Confident in leading cross-disciplinary teams ensuring deliverables are on-brief on-time and on-budget.
Communication Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving Proactive in anticipating challenges resolving issues quickly and guiding clients through decision-making with confidence.
Collaboration Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate internal teams agency partners and clients.
Commercial Acumen Familiar with budgeting forecasting and scoping; able to identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
Adaptability Thrives in a fast-paced high-performance environment with shifting priorities and diverse client needs.
