Job Summary
What Youll Do:
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls email social) to generate new qualified opportunities.
- Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through our marketing and referral channels.
- Set up discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate organized notes and prospect data in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity and opportunity generation targets.
- Collaborate to refine messaging outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Develop a solid understanding of VoIP UCaaS and the broader cloud communications landscape.
What Were Looking For:
- 1-3 years of BDR/SDR or inside sales experience (VoIP SaaS MSP or telecom a strong plus).
- Excellent communication skills with confidence and clarity.
- Self starter mentality with strong organizational skills.
- Comfort in a high activity outreach environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn cloud communication technologies.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
