Account Manager II

Job Summary
In this role you will impact the company significantly by driving revenue growth through effective account management. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional service will enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen Honeywells position in the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into greenfield patches
- 5 years experience hunting and finding new accounts new logos
- 2 years experience in sales account management.
- 2 years experience selling any of the following any of any of the following:
- Fire & Life Safety systems
- Security and Access Control solutions
- Energy management and sustainability solutions
- Building automation and controls
- Connected building software and analytics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
