Account Manager

Locations: Basking Ridge NJ
Schedule: Full Time Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (may require extra hours and weekends.)
Pay Rate: $72000 $75000 annually

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution service enhancement and expansion new business development operational effectiveness preparation of post orders staffing scheduling supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee security operations.

Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and service reviews.

Supervise mentor and support on-site security personnel.

Coordinate staffing scheduling payroll and performance management.

Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.

Handle incident reports and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience required.

High School Diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be able to speak read and write in English

Must have reliable communication and transportation

Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience

Must have at least 1 year of scheduling experience

Sora or willing to obtain.

Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
