Account Lead (FT)

About the role

The Account Lead supports the operations team by assisting in daily administrative tasks and coordinating activities under the direction of the Account Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating and printing daily menus auditing host logs special event curation and organizing office deliveries. The Account Lead is based primarily in our clients office space ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations. This position requires approximately 35-40 hours per week Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Flexibility in hours is required to accommodate early morning tasks and urgent requests.

What youll be doing

• Printing and organizing daily menu signs dish cards
• Audit host surveys and temperature logs
• Organize operations equipment deliveries
• Printing/Sharing Daily Host Numbers Sheet
• Creating daily packout cards for the team
• Maintaining the office
• Inputting order data into Sifted technology
• Assisting in daily meal and special event packout setting teams up for success

Our ideal candidate

• Has had experience with catering and event servicing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in administrative roles preferably in catering or hospitality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Eligibility :This position must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid)

Work environment : This is a position based both in a commercial kitchen and on-site in client offices

Physical requirements : This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs the ability to stand for long periods of time and the ability to bend squat and reach
