Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in operationalizing HCP requests and sample collection for Guardant Health testsin current clients

Leverage company tools and resources to problem solve customer orders and reporting in collaboration with GH Client Services (as needed)

Responsible forcustomer-facingfield client serviceand collaborate with Guardant Health colleagues in overallaccount management

Work to ensure timely sample acquisition

Collaborate and coordinate with all sales positions tosupportattainment of company goals and objectives

Identify and developworking relationships with existing and new customers to support potential alignment of GH capabilities to the customer/patients needs

Continually analyze commercial environment within assigned accounts to determine trends and provide customer feedback to GHI leadership

Ensure team objectives are met

Work effectivelyand compliantlywith individuals across multiple departments throughout GHI

Follow all GH Compliance Privacy and Business Conduct policies and SOPs

Embrace embody and represent the Guardant Health company culture at all times to external and internal constituents

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years customer service/sales experience
• Previous experience in pharma diagnostic medical device or biotech setting is preferred.
• Ability to engage in a consultative process while connecting client needs with GHI capabilities.
• Comfortable communicating and presenting at all levels throughout an organization
• Ability to work independently communicate proactively manage multiple projects and prioritize daily tasks while managing critical deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding strategic account planning skills.
• Superior listening and problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a very high level of confidentiality
• Impeccable oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Must be very proficient with all Microsoft Office products particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to develop and utilize cross-functional relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals and objectives
• Ability to work effectively with minimal direction from or interface with manager
• Problem solving decision making and technical learning
• Strong administrative skills and sophistication to manage business in complex environments
• Demonstrate GHIs Values by acting with integrity respect trust and possess a very positive attitude and an understanding of the dynamics involved with organizational growth and change
• Frequent travel throughout the territory required
• Must live within assigned territory

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. This range does not include benefits or if applicable bonus commission or equity. Each candidates compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including but not limited to geography experience education job-related skills job duties and business need.
