Account Executive

Location: Hybrid/AZ

Compensation:1st Year OTE $85-100k with potential as you grow your book of business to earn over $200k as our top sales executives are making and higher.

Our client is a customer-focused organization within the building materials industry partnering with mills and wholesalers to deliver high-quality products to a diverse customer base. They pride themselves on building long-term relationships providing responsive service and navigating the complexities of a fluctuating commodity market.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
• Prospect qualify and onboard new accounts
• Provide timely and accurate quotes with consistent follow-up
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Contribute to pricing strategies in a fluctuating commodity market
• Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to inform sales approach

• Partner with internal teams across sales operations and finance
• Coordinate logistics and order fulfillment to ensure a seamless customer experience

• 2 years of sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific software

Base Salary: $70000

On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: $100000 (commission-based upside)
