As an Account Executive you will report to the Branch Manager Landscape Construction and your primary focus will be winning commercial landscaping contracts in line with our vision to be the most loved landscaping company in the Midwest.

• Lead business development efforts for commercial landscape construction services in the Omaha market
• Identify and maintain a targeted list of strategic customers and properties
• Establish outreach strategies and a consistent cadence for connecting with key decision-makers at target accounts
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers by uncovering pain points and proposing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure a smooth handoff of new sales and a positive reaffirming onboarding experience

• 3 years of business-to-business commercial contract sales experience in the service industry landscape experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in business or marketing preferred
• A natural focus on repeatable success through well-thought-out systems
