JOB SCOPE & PURPOSE
The AccountExecutive is responsible for managing and coordinating agency resources to ensure that account needs are met. He/she acts as the daily internal contact and ensures that all projects for which he/she is responsible are completed on time on specification within scope and on budget while providing completed planning and documentation. The Account Executive ensures that support information and knowledge needed from the competencies are provided.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders across Creative Program Management Analytics and Strategy
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to monitor ongoing progress makes adjustments when required proactively identifies project issues/problems assists in issue/problem resolution and provides updates to ensure all assigned deliverables are executed to plan
- Keep account team updated on the status of account activities; produces communication materials (contact and status reports etc.) for both internal and external teams
- Gather database-related work specifications from client and/or team members; provides concise and appropriate written specifications on inputs outputs internal processes and quality assurance measures to the appropriate functional groups
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the clients business and competitive environment; routinely contributes to competitive tracking projects
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all team members
- Track and reconciles costs posted to the billing system and handles revenue forecasting at the project levelSchedule and lead project status meetings including preparation of meeting agendas and documenting status
- Assist with building a positive culture
- Develop and maintains proficiency with Targetbase tools and processes
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience; strong preference for candidates with exposure to marketing/advertising agency OR in-house digital marketing environments (internships count!!)
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to write concisely and present effectively
- General understanding of the creative production process
- Prior experience managing projects with competing deadlines
- Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities
- Bachelors Degree in Business Liberal Arts Marketing or Communications is preferred
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for data
- Aptitude for relationship development and desire for client-facing responsibilities
- Enthusiasm for customer journey strategy/customer lifecycle management (CLM)
- Proactive nature with effective problem-solving ability
- Able to assist in the design of presentations
- Proficient in MS Office (outlook excel powerpoint/keynote)
Bonus Points for exposure to Automotive Pharma Telco/Mobile or other heavily regulated industry
