Account Executive, Advertising Technology & Revenue Operations

We are hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive to grow our Ad Tech & Media business. You will sell pureIntegrations consulting services and technology solutions into advertising groups (ad sales ad operations ad platform/product and revenue operations) at CTV Smart TV FAST OTT and streaming companies and at sports franchises leagues and sports networks.

This is a hunter role for a seller who already knows this buyer community. You will own the full sales cycle and report directly to the VP Ad Tech & Media.

• Location: Greater Washington DC or Greater New York City. Remote/hybrid with regular travel to clients and industry events.
• Compensation: Base salary of $120000$140000 commensurate with experience and location plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings (OTE) of $220000$240000 with significant upside for overachievement.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a territory plan across streaming CTV and sports advertising accounts.
• Use your active network of CROs ad sales leaders heads of ad ops and ad platform/product leaders to generate pipeline from day one.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiated close partnering with our solution architects and practice leaders on discovery scoping and proposals.
• Sell consultatively across the ad tech stack: ad decisioning and serving order management traffic and billing identity and data measurement and monetization.
• Help sports franchises leagues and networks modernize how they package sell deliver and measure advertising and sponsorship across broadcast streaming and direct-to-fan channels.
• Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate in CRM. Consistently meet or exceed quota.
• Represent pureIntegration at industry events (IAB AdExchanger StreamTV CES NAB and leading sports business events) and bring market feedback back to shape our offerings.

Qualifications :

• 510 years of quota-carrying experience selling software or technology solutions into advertising groups at CTV Smart TV FAST OTT or streaming companies.
• A current demonstrable network of buyers in the streaming/CTV advertising ecosystem. You can open doors at target accounts immediately.
• Experience selling into or working within sports media and advertising at franchises leagues or sports networks is highly valued.
• A verifiable record of quota attainment on complex multi-stakeholder deals in the six and seven figures.
• Strong working knowledge of the streaming ad stack: ad serving and decisioning SSPs and programmatic order management traffic and billing measurement and verification and identity/data.
• No active non-compete non-solicitation or similar restriction that would limit the accounts or contacts you can pursue for pureIntegration. We verify this before any offer.
