Job Summary

Title: Account Coordinator

Job Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt

Department: Client Services

Reports To: Client Services Manager

General purpose of Job: To execute and manage specific tasks related to client jobs by aiding in the account management processes. Processes could be anything from beginning stages of a job organizing throughout the job general job functions or even post job activities. Account Coordinators will assist Account Managers and/or Account Directors in making sure jobs move through Impact in an efficient and timely manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining customer reports
  • Printing and distributing internal reports.
  • Preparing postage invoices
  • Assisting with customer audit materials
  • Clerical duties
  • Assist Account Manager or Account Directors in completing job instructions including preparation of piece attributes and prepare job tickets for production.
  • Performing Account Manager responsibilities in their absence
  • Create update and manage project schedules.
  • Assist in proofing production outputs prior to presenting to the client.
  • Be a back-up for Account Managers.
  • Interpret complex matrices and manipulate as needed.
  • Prepare client inputs for production.
  • Participate in client and sales communications.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and balance changing client and company needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Performance Measurement: Performance feedback will take place both verbally and written on a day-to-day as needed basis recognition in monthly employee recognition meetings formal training on changes in SOP as needed with a formal review by the supervisor at least annually.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and/or two years related experience.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite software
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism.

Language and Math Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations. Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.

Physical Demands:

Often working on a computer at a desk or walking to locations throughout the building. At times lift up to 40 pounds.

Work Environment:

Work in office environment with exposure to the production floor. Machinery with moving parts and forklifts are present on the production floor. The noise level is moderate (in office) to loud (in production).
