In this role you will:

• Support service staff with preparing client deliverables such as:

o Issuing Certificates of Insurance

o Processing endorsements

o Issuing Auto ID cards

o Assembling/downloading policy documents

o Entering coverage/policy detail into broker management system

o Preparing proposal documents

o Review accounting/invoicing reports and reconcile

o Requesting loss runs from carriers

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and related scanning
• Complete data entry as needed
• Manage other administration tasks as needed

What you offer us:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of insurance experience required preferably within an agency
• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Strong multi-tasking prioritization and organization skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers
• Above average mathematical skills
• Ability to work in a positive team environment and independently as appropriate

Disclosure required under applicable law in California Colorado Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York New Jersey and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
