Summary of Job Duties:
The Access Coordinator I may meet greet and assist the public answer telephones and coordinate appointments in a call center environment. Additionally this role may perform other duties as needed to support patient care activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School GED or formal educational equivalent
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Good communication skills
- Computer/basic keyboard skills
- Telephone etiquette skills
- General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
- Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Information:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional support to patients and the public.
Manage incoming calls and assist with appointment scheduling.
Contribute to the overall efficiency of patient care activities through various support tasks.
May perform other duties as assigned.
