Job Summary
Position Summary
Provides academic support and advocacy for Hawk Advantage students by connecting at-risk students with resources developing academic success plans and coordinating workshops and peer support initiatives. Serves as a liaison between the Hawk Advantage program faculty and the Center for Student Success while overseeing tutoring operations and promoting available academic services. Tracks program utilization and student outcomes maintains accurate records and uses data-driven inclusive practices to continuously improve student support services. Performs all duties in full support of the Universitys mission understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the Universitys students.
