Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. At least one year of experience in advising counseling or in related fields in a higher education setting or equivalent combination of education and experience An established record of accomplishment promoting student development programs and building positive relationships Excellent interpersonal human relations teaching/presenting and problem-solving skills A collaborative disposition and possess the ability to think both critically and strategically Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years advising counselor or comparable experience; with data systems such as Ellucian Banner and EAB /Navigate and Degree Works
