What Youll Do

As an RBT at Spark Learning youll work directly with children and families to support skill development independence and confidence through play-based evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver engaging child-led therapy sessions that promote learning through play and meaningful interactions.
• Support communication social behavioral and daily living skill development.
• Collect accurate session data and track client progress.
• Implement behavior support strategies while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients families and fellow team members.
• Collaborate with BCBAs speech therapists and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training mentorship and professional development opportunities.
