TITLE: Packer CPOSITION OBJECTIVE: Efficiently and accurately pack product maintaining quality standards throughout the :A High School Diploma or equivalentLegal eligibility to work in the work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred with knowledge of production processes quality control and other communication skills both written and verbal with all levels of personnelProficiency in reading and writing math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process. Ensure consistent dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering production workplace interactionsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Complies with monitors and enforces all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and and adhere to plant policies and procedures encompassing good manufacturing policy hazard analysis and critical control points docket daily and all order changes to ensure the proper product is being for the current job as well as upcoming job changes to ensuring final product using quality checks ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues. Complete proper quality bag checks every fifteen minutesDemonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated area.
