Job Summary
Position: 5-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer Chesterfield MI
Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced 5-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer for our client in Chesterfield MI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NTC 5-axis laser equipment and a strong background in CNC programming and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program NTC 5-axis laser equipment (minimum 5 years recent experience required)
Program directly at the machine and make necessary adjustments
Maintain and update CNC programs
Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to ensure precise production
Safely lift up to 30 lbs without assistance
Work overtime and weekends as required to meet production needs
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years recent experience operating NTC 5-axis laser equipment as a primary responsibility
Strong CNC programming and machine operation skills
Ability to follow directions accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
Shift & Schedule:
MondayFriday: 6:00 am4:30 pm (10-hour shift) or 6:00 am2:30 pm (8-hour shift)
Saturday: 6:00 am12:00 pm as needed
Compensation:
$23.00$28.00 per hour based on experience
