Position Overview

As a 3rd Shift Nurse youll deliver exceptional care to residents working closely with physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Documenting and maintaining medical records
• Supervising and supporting the nursing team
• Monitoring resident health and responding to changes promptly
• Ensuring drug security and compliance with protocols
• Fostering a positive respectful environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Preferred: 2 years of LPN or RN experience

• Physical activity including lifting standing and assisting residents
• Commitment to safe transfer and mobility procedures
