Job Summary

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering Repair and Logistics company that services the countrys largest wireless telecommunications providers as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. This role is responsible for all building maintenance automation equipment maintenance upgrades buildouts and continuous improvement of the facility.

3rd Shift: 11:00AM - 7:00PM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintenance of mechanical equipment (conveyors robots motors pneumatic devices control devices scanners photo-eyes etc.).
  • Understanding of equipment operation and basic troubleshooting for equipment controls (PLC WES WCS).
  • Maintain daily logs perform preventative maintenance conduct daily inspections and routine adjustments as needed to keep the automation equipment in good working order.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution. This may require non-shift work.
  • Assist with any automation system installation and retrofits as needed.
  • Support CTDIs sustainability initiatives.
  • Work with all levels of management to define and prioritize workflow.

Required Skills

  • 5 years of experience with building and automation equipment maintenance.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues.
  • Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems control systems warehouse equipment plumbing heating and air conditioning.
  • Experience working with outside vendors and contractors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
