3rd Shift Charge Nurse (LPNRN)

Heritage Pointe is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs for 3rd shift positions at our Fort Wayne Indiana location. A successful candidate should be reliable enjoy working with people have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to work under pressure. As a member of our successful healthcare team you would provide high-quality nursing care for our residents offer guidance and support to other team members maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently. This is a GREAT opportunity if you are just starting in the field or have plenty of experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients care requirements focus on their needs and act on them
• Resolve or report on patients needs or problems
• Monitor and record patients condition and document provided care services
• Follow care regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Compassionate with good communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Hours: Full-time or Part-time

License/Certification:

• Licensed by the State of Indiana
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Nursing Licensed (Required)
• RN (Preferred)
