Job Summary
Daniels Health is looking for a dependable hands-on Plant Operator to join our medical waste treatment facility in Sturtevant WI. If you enjoy staying active working with a supportive team and taking on a variety of tasks throughout your shift this could be the role for you.
As a Plant Operator youll play an important role in helping healthcare facilities safely manage medical waste. From operating specialized equipment to ensuring accurate documentation and safe processing procedures every day brings something different.

- Someone who enjoys physical hands-on work and is comfortable in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Experience in physically demanding roles such as warehouse manufacturing construction landscaping shipping/receiving sanitation or similar environments preferred (not required)
- Ability to repeatedly lift move and transport materials throughout an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to55 lbs. regularly and safely push carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and being active for the duration of an 8 hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and a proven track record of dependability
- Job stability as an essential service to healthcare we are non-seasonal and recession proof.
- Consistent work hours- Full Time 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm - 7am
- Benefits: Full time roles are provided benefits sick leave and vacation leave from day one!!
- Permanent position This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week!
- Competitive salary This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $24/hr
