• Teach 3rd Grade Science using engaging standards-based instruction

• Foster curiosity through hands-on investigations STEM activities and inquiry-based learning

• Help students explore life earth and physical science concepts while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Prepare students for academic success and state assessments

• Use student data to drive instruction and close learning gaps

• Create a structured positive and supportive classroom environment

• Participate in collaborative PLC meetings focused on student growth

• Communicate regularly with parents and families

• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners through intervention and enrichment

• Support schoolwide expectations culture and Leader in Me initiatives

• Build strong relationships with students while maintaining high academic expectations

• Certified teacher or certification in progress

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills

• Growth mindset and willingness to learn

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Passion for science STEM education and student achievement

• Ability to create engaging hands-on learning experiences

• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students staff and families

• Desire to grow into leadership opportunities within education
