Shift Details

2nd Shift: MondayThursday 2:20 PM12:20 AM (40-minute paid break)

Pay Details:

Starting pay is $17.00 an hour with $1.00 an hour shift differential

What Youll Do

As a Laborer you will provide hands-on support to our production team and help keep the press area clean organized and ready for production.

• Maintain a clean stocked and organized press area.
• Clean ink reservoirs press parts and tools and stage them for the next job.
• Mix and distribute adhesive and cleaning supplies to the presses.
• Assist press operators at the end of presses and with hand-packing specialty jobs.
• Support weekly and monthly cleaning activities throughout the facility.
• Perform general housekeeping and other production support duties as needed.
• Follow all safety quality and company procedures.

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable dependable and safety-minded.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to follow instructions procedures and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on changing responsibilities as production needs require.
• Strong organization communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
