- 3 years of experience in maintenance automation or a similar technical role
- Experience with automated systems conveyors or robotics strongly preferred
- Prior warehouse distribution shipping or receiving experience preferred
- Hands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot repair and resolve maintenance issues
- Basic to intermediate computer skills including the ability to use systems/software to track and manage work
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic with demonstrated reliability professionalism and integrity
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on increasing efficiency and improving processes
- Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility grounds building systems equipment and AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing electrical HVAC generators and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility including lighting minor repairs cleaning and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces
- Support day-to-day facility needs including associate moves equipment/furniture setup spill cleanup and general maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services (landscaping janitorial waste removal etc.)
- Maintain organized clean and safe work areas including storage warehouse and maintenance spaces; properly maintain and store tools and equipment
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation for building systems and equipment
- Identify report and address safety hazards and follow all safety policies procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range:

$20.77 - $33.85-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
