2nd Grade Teacher

Position Summary:The 2nd Grade Teacher will serve as a student-centered educator who is a learner and warm demander for all learners. The teacher will establish collaborative & impactful relationships with colleagues families and will understand and model best instructional practices serve as a member of a Professional Learning Community and ensure high levels of student learning. Candidate must have a learner inclusionary and equity-focusedmindset and see that their presence has an impact with students and our school environment.

Qualifications:

-Valid MN Elementary Teaching license.

-Student-Centered

-Commitment and belief around ensuring all students learn at high levels.

-Demonstrated use of research-based instructional and engagement strategies to meet the continuum of individual learning needs while using data and assessments to guide instructional decisions.

-Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues parents and students to achieve student learning results.

FTE/Schedule:1.0 FTE

Salary:Based on candidates education and experience per the OEA Master Agreement.
