28hour FT Security Coordinator (MAD SO)

The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services smart home automation burglar and fire alarms access control security cameras alarm monitoring investigative services and background checks.

Job Skills / Requirements

In this role you will:

• Enforce Per Mar and client company policies and procedures
• Schedule security and special event personnel
• Prepare and communicate site instructions and training
• Address and resolve client issues and complaints
• Complete payroll for all Madison scheduled hourly employees
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform site visits and inspect coach and mentor security personnel
• Assist with the review of applications and assist with interviewing as needed
• Expected to take calls on a rotation with other supervisory staff during non-business hours
• Serve as a backup Security Officer Site Supervisor and Training Instructor as needed

What youll need:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• An associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of security services experience
• Six months to one year of previous scheduling experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
• Basic working knowledge of Employment Law is preferred.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Security Officer License as required by state laws.
