Are you passionate about developing others leading with purpose and making a meaningful impact in your community Fraser is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to partner with the Program Manager in providing leadership guidance and operational support for our Supervised Living homes. In this role youll coach and support staff promote high-quality services and help ensure individuals receive exceptional care in a safe and supportive environment. Youll play a key role in staff development quality assurance continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices across the program.
Job duties:
- Partner effectively with Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight to the homes in the designated quad/region.
- Cover temporary absences for Program Manager with support from leadership.
- Support orientation and ongoing training of Supervised Living Coordinators Assistant Coordinator; and DSPs as needed.
- Provide mentorship to Coordinators through regular consults shadowing opportunities team meeting support and paperwork review to assure compliance with 245D requirements.
- Partner with Staffing Coordinator and colleagues to manage staffing based on the needs of individuals served and budgetary constraints.
- Develop positive working relationships with staff and support teamwork within the quad/region to increase employee engagement reduce turnover and encourage coverage across sites.
- Recognize opportunities for and promote collaboration within and between Supervised Living and other departments.
- Coordinate services for one dedicated Supervised Living home in accordance with 245D licensing requirements and Community Residential Settings (CRS) standards.

Location Schedule & Pay:
- Plymouth Hopkins and Minnetonka areas
- Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM
The starting pay range for this role is $53000 - $58000 annually depending on up qualifications.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in a field related to human services preferred.
- You must be 245D qualified in one of the following ways for this position:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent ANDfour years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities
- Associate degree in Human Services or related field AND 2 years of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities
- BA/BS in Human Services or related field AND 1 year of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities
- One year of full-time work experience as a Designated Coordinator required.
- Valid Minnesota Drivers License with acceptable record required.
