We are client focused. Our work with clients is oriented around problem solving and not defined by products we can upsell to our client. We think it is important for our associates to have client exposure early in their careers and throughout to develop strong relationship skills. The Role
As an Associate you will help to provide H&W clients a different perspective based on data-driven solutions. Consulting engagements can involve a variety of topics including but not limited to plan design compliance and reporting services pricing and employee contribution settings or retiree health care solutions. You will support H&W Workplace Consulting projects work with other associates and promote teamwork.
The Expertise Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Actuarial Science Health or other quantitative subject major preferred
- Internship experience
- Having passed at least one Society of Actuaries exam
- Courses in business accounting finance or economics is a plus

- You have familiarity with spreadsheet and database programs including Microsoft Office

Fidelitys Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
