Job Summary
What You Will Need
Actively pursuing a bachelors degree or higher with a major in Fire Protection required.
Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1 August 7 2026.
3.0 GPA Preferred
Preference will be given to candidates that are rising Sophomore or Junior classification during the 2025 internship.

Day in the Life of a Fire Protection Intern
We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to innovate. From tiltrotor technology to tail sitting vehicles our engineers work across a wide portfolio of aircraft programs.
As a fire protection intern at Bell you can expect to:
Assist in design and analysis of fire protection systems
Code and Standards Compliance
Conduct Fire Risk Assessments
Testing and Inspections
Provide project support
Communicate and Coordinate
Data collection and analysis
