Responsibilities:

• Manage user access profiles roles permission sets and security settings within Salesforce to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.

• Manage data imports exports updates and integrity across Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms to support accurate reporting and business operations.

• Perform basic Salesforce configuration such as modifying page layouts creating new fields adjusting/creating approval flows.

• Provide first level support and training to users addressing their questions and troubleshoot issues.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly.

• Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases ensuring seamless deployment of new features.

• Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes including but not limited to managing unit tests integration testing and user acceptance testing.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science information systems business or related field required.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required; Internship in Salesforce field preferred.
• Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration customization and administration required; Microsoft Office Suite required; and Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
