About This Role
We believe people should love what they do in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Interfaces with internal functional groups and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering tasks
  • Performs quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan Quality Assurance Directive and Inspection Plan documents as required bythe assigned project(s)
  • Accumulation and compilation of
  • Support nonconforming material documentation
  • Interfaces with Supplier Quality Engineering to provide guidance and support for supplier issues
  • Uses knowledge in reviewing customer contracts and design standards responsible for requirements analysis identification and definition of inspection tools and techniques to define inspection requirements
  • Participates in process improvement activities through monitoring root cause investigations auditing failure analysis
  • Participates in developing fabrication/build processes and standards

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Materials Engineering or Materialial Science
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and applications
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Effective written and oral communication skills good interpersonal skills
