Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of industry events customer events dealer meetings sales meetings product demonstrations and other marketing events.
• Support event logistics including coordination of products materials signage promotional items shipping event registrations and other event-related needs.
• Partner with the Brand Marketing and Sales teams to help prepare for events and gain exposure to how events support brand customer and business objectives.
• Participate in event planning meetings contribute ideas and assist with project tasks and timelines to support successful event execution.
• Provide event support before during and after events including preparation of materials on-site assistance and post-event follow-up activities as needed.
• Assist with tracking event budgets participation attendee feedback and other performance metrics to support event reporting and evaluation.
• Compile event results key takeaways and recommendations that help the team assess event effectiveness and identify opportunities for future improvement.
• Complete a variety of Brand Marketing projects and special assignments designed to provide exposure to event marketing brand strategy customer engagement and marketing operations.
• Support additional Brand Marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
