Responsibilities:

• Support execution of brand marketing operations by managing assigned brand initiatives and operational activities within established plans standards and priorities.

• Manage branded materials and merchandise processes for assigned initiatives including ordering inventory oversight and coordination of distribution in alignment with brand standards.

• Coordinate invoice submission for brand marketing activities and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal partners in accordance with established approval processes.

• Maintain and manage brand marketing assets for assigned initiatives ensuring materials are current approved and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Coordinate logistics for assigned marketing events and initiatives including planning vendor coordination and on-site execution support within approved timelines and budgets.

• Coordinate internal and external brand communications for assigned initiatives exercising judgment to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and communication objectives.

• Manage assigned brand marketing requests prioritize inquiries determining appropriate resolution or escalation and ensuring timely follow-through in alignment with service expectations.-through in alignment with service expectations.
