2027 Associate Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Maintain supplier relationships for assigned groups and act as primary point of contact for all communications.
• Support efforts to identify and implement supplier cost reductions.
• Assist in the selection and management of new and current suppliers.
• Support materials and quality teams to address supplier delivery and quality issues.
• Source materials for new product launches and product model changes.
• Support the supplier transition process by allocating work from an external supplier to in house production or vice versa as needed.
• Coordinate request for quote packages with supply base to ensure premium pricing for materials.
• Manage materials projects by using problem solving techniques data from factory information system and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Contribute to a culture of respect dignity and inclusion where everyone feels heard and understood empowered and valued.
