2026 Internship, Fall Legal

Reviewing/analyzing and drafting a variety of contracts including sponsorship agreements sales agreements vendor/service agreements player agreements/transfer and loan agreements and IP and facilities license agreements.

Managing disputes litigation and regulatory matters as in-house counsel on an as needed basis with the support of outside counsel.

Reviewing and analyzing rules regulations and policies applicable to the companies operations including those of MLS and FIFA and advise management on interpretation and compliance.

Gaining experience and exposure to risk management and insured risk/liability issues in collaboration with RBNYs Risk Management team.

Gaining experience as in-house legal counsel in the sports and entertainment industries.

Qualifications :

Must have completed first-year studies at an accredited law school.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.

Anility to multitask and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic office setting.

Comfortable with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams.

RBNY is a hybrid work environment.  Internships are expected to come into the offices in Harrison NJ at least once between Tues-Thurs each week.
