EnterpriseComplaintsRemediations. and Loudspeaker(ECRL) brings together key functions from across the company to help customers when they have concerns or have beenadversely impactedby Wells provides leadership and oversight in complaint management remediation redress mediation and the Wells Fargo Loudspeaker program. ECRLlistens toand learns from our customers and employees and provides robust analysis and real-time insights back to the business for ongoingcustomerand business improvements.

Program Overview

Thetwo-yearanalystprogram is a professional development program providingparticipants withan immersive learning experienceunderstanding of the companys operations business strategies and corporate culture. The experience includes relationship building relevant work assignments coaching performance feedback sessionsandinformative learning sessions with keystakeholders.

The program isdesigned to provideanalystswithanexperientialoverview oftheapplicableteamwithinBusiness Services. Analystswilldevelopandexecutethroughastreamlinedapproachwithineach rotationalbusinessplacement. The program incorporates real-world scenarios and experiences to help prepare you for a rewardingcareer at Wells Fargo.#earlycareers

In this role you will:

  • Work in various Microsoft products tocreate communicationgather data andstory tellon outcomes andorganize priorities

  • Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-to-medium risk tasks anddeliverables

  • Receive direction from managers in a matrixed environment and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supportedarea

  • Collaborate and consult with peerscolleaguesand managers to resolve issues and achievegoals

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 months of work experience or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experienceeducation

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism student organization involvement study abroad program(s) leadership position(s) non-profit involvement

  • Familiarity withAIpoweredproductivity tools (such aschatbasedassistants andbuiltinfeatures like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research organizing information and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs by applying critical thinking data analysis and analytical insights to solve problems generate actionable recommendations and support innovative data-driven operational improvements.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute with a bias for action by applying strong project management business reporting and solutions delivery skills to drive operational excellence support change management anddemonstrateenterprise thinking in a fast-paced environment.
