Program overview
TheCIB COO Analyst Program is a full-timeprofessional program that provides participants an immersive learning experience understanding of the companys operations business strategies and corporate culture. The experience includes relationship building relevant work assignments coaching performance feedback sessions and informative learning sessions with key leaders.
It is designed to provide undergraduate students with an experiential overview of the applicable team withinCIB COOand how they support developing executing and supporting a streamlined approach to each of their individual businesses and theenterprise as a whole. The program incorporates real-world scenarios and experiences to help prepare you for a rewarding career at Wells Fargo.
What to expect
You will begin withoneweek ofstructured training.Following training you will step into day-to-day responsibilities which may include:
Support business and financial planning processes including headcount tracking expense management and performance reporting
Contribute to strategic initiatives regulatory readiness and risk and control programs
Assistwith the coordination of governance routines leadership reporting and internal communications
Perform data analysisidentifyingprocess inefficiencies and recommending improvements
Support cross-functional project with business technology and operational stakeholder
Conduct market research peer benchmarking and internal analysis to inform strategic planning
Assistwith preparation of executive presentations meeting materials and briefing documents
Throughout the program you will receive ongoing coaching mentorship and feedback to support your development.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
Desired qualifications
Bachelors degree with expected graduation in December 2026or May/June 2027
Successful completion of 2026 CIB COO Analyst Program
Strong academic achievement
Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
Relevant internship experience
Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
BA/BS degree with an interest in any of the following: Business Administration Business Intelligence Finance Economics Statistics Technology Communication Accounting Mathematics Analytics Political Science Pre-law Government Policy and Management Management and Risk Management or related business field

Charlotte NC: $70000 annual
New York: $86000 annual
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
