2026-2027 Leadership Pool

Are you a visionary educator ready to lead with equity creativity and courage Bricolage Academy is building a Leadership Candidate Pool for the school year and were seeking high-potential leaders who are ready to help shape the future of public education in New Orleans.

Bricolage Academy is a single-site PreK8 charter school grounded in inclusive excellence rigorous academics and creative problem-solving. Our name Bricolage reflects our belief that powerful learning happens when we build thoughtfully innovate boldly and center students and community in every decision.

This posting is designed to identify and pre-screen strong leadership talent in anticipation of future leadership opportunities across instructional and student support areas.

Candidates in the pool may be considered for leadership roles for the school year including but not limited to:

• Instructional Leadership

• Student Support & Culture Leadership

• Academic Programs & MTSS Leadership

• Organizational Leadership

• Hold state leadership certification or are eligible to obtain certification
