JOB SUMMARYWorks under the general supervision of the ELO-P Program Lead and assists in directing educational recreational and various enrichment activities for the students in TK-6th grade at McCabe Elementary. Also performs a wide variety of social recreational and community activities for child enrichment.

DUTIES Carry out the sites planned program of activities of activities designed to help develop and strengthen students academic success and social and emotional development. Maintain appropriate climate to establish and reinforce acceptable student behavior attitudes and social skills. Instruct students in a safe and proper use of supplies and equipment. Participate in cleaning and maintaining the facility and equipment. Participate in ELO-P staff meetings and on-going training opportunities. Provide quality learning intervention skills that promote reading fluency and math growth. Lead group activities (such as games songs arts & crafts dance theater) and direct the work of programs impacting recreation social and cultural activities. Supervise students.
