Job Description
We are seeking a Downline Line Operator for a long-term position. This role involves stacking pallets of finished products organizing materials and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Palletize finished goods
- Stage/organize packaging materials (trays glue labels etc.)
- Assist with cardboard baler machine
- Dispose of production waste
- Maintain case coder (dates placement ink cartridges)
- Clear jams and reset basic machine faults
- Load materials into tray packer
- Install/adjust label rolls
- Verify lot numbers case codes and SKUs
- Maintain communication across departments
- Clean machinery before/during/after production
- Enter documentation into RedZone
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Wear PPE as required
- Reliable attendance is a must
- Work overtime/weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Bending standing twisting for entire shift
- Work in temperature-fluctuating warehouse (40 degrees)
